There are times when everything feels muted, like the color has drained out of your days. You go through the motions, but something essential is missing. If that resonates, you're not imagining it, and you don't have to figure it out alone.
I focus on low mood, relationship struggles, and life transitions. My approach is gentle but grounded. I'm the kind of person who will sit with you in whatever you're feeling without rushing you past it, but I'll also gently challenge you when staying too comfortable is keeping you stuck.
In our sessions, I pay attention to both the big things and the small ones. Often it's the small things that reveal the most: the way you talk about yourself when you think it doesn't matter, the reactions you have that surprise you, the things you avoid without realizing it. These details are where the real work happens.
I'm particularly drawn to working with people going through separation, career uncertainty, or the disorientation that comes with major change. Those moments when the ground shifts and you're not sure who you're anymore. I find that work meaningful because it's where people often discover what they actually want, once the noise clears.
My sessions are collaborative. I'll share what I observe, I'll ask you to consider things from different angles, and I'll be transparent about my thinking. You won't have to guess where I'm coming from.
Something shifts when you start putting words to what's been sitting inside you unnamed. That's what this space is for.
