Welcome to Therapeak. We are an AI platform for mental wellbeing created by a husband and wife team. We combined our skills in software development and psychological counselling to create a new solution for mental wellbeing support.
Our mission is to make mental wellbeing support accessible, affordable, and convenient for everyone. We use AI technology while keeping the human connection that is important for AI coaching.
Our story
Therapeak was created from personal experience. When we first tried using AI for mental wellbeing conversations, we found a big problem: the AI could not remember previous sessions. Without that memory, conversations felt disconnected and impersonal.
We decided to build a different solution. A platform made specifically for AI coaching where remembering conversations is the main focus. Our goal was to create an experience that feels like talking with a supportive friend - natural, personal, and smooth - not mechanical or robotic.
We combined Sarp's technical knowledge of AI systems with Nisan's understanding of therapeutic principles. We created Therapeak to connect advanced technology with caring mental wellbeing support. We wanted to build a space where users can express themselves freely and receive thoughtful responses that respect their unique path.

Sarp Derinsu
Role : Founder, Lead Developer & Customer Support
Expertise : Software Engineering, AI Integration, Web Development, Conversational Interfaces
I have 8 years of experience in software development. I specialise in artificial intelligence and creating conversation systems. My skills in building natural interfaces helped us develop a platform that feels easy to use.
The idea for Therapeak came when we tried using AI platforms for mental wellbeing. We found they could not remember past conversations. This broke the connection with users and made them feel misunderstood. This inspired us to build a platform made specifically for AI coaching, where conversations feel natural and personal.
Nisan Derinsu
Role : Founder, Product Designer & Customer Support
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Psychological Counselling and Guidance
Focus : Therapeutic Techniques, Mental Wellbeing Support, Client-Centred Guidance
I have a bachelor's degree in Psychological Counselling and Guidance. I bring knowledge of guidance principles and mental wellbeing to our platform. My background helps ensure that Therapeak maintains high standards of AI coaching quality.
I am committed to learning and staying updated with new methods in AI coaching. In developing Therapeak, I focused on creating AI assistants that build real connections with users. I believe that feeling understood is important. This is why our system remembers your conversations and gives personalised support.

Secure infrastructure and your rights
All data is securely stored in Nuremberg, Germany. We continuously improve our service by fully following GDPR laws and the EU AI Act. If for any reason you want to delete all your data from our platform, simply let us know and we will delete everything, no questions asked.
