I'm Ronnie Hayes, and I think you're more than the sum of your thoughts. You're a whole person, mind, body, and something deeper, and when one part is struggling, everything else tends to wobble too. That's why I look at the whole picture rather than zeroing in on one corner of it.
I work mainly with people experiencing a deep flatness in their everyday life, and those who've developed habits that started as a way of coping but have since become their own problem. If you feel caught in a loop you can't break, or if the things you once leaned on are now dragging you down, that's exactly the kind of conversation I want to have.
My style is compassionate and completely non-judgemental. I want to understand what's actually happening under the surface. That often means exploring feelings of guilt, shame, isolation, and self-doubt, not to wallow, but to loosen the grip those feelings have on you. We'll look at your closest relationships, your family dynamics, the way you communicate, and where those patterns come from.
Direction and meaning matter to me, too. When someone feels like their life lacks a point, everything else gets harder. That question of "what am I even doing?" is one I take very seriously, and it often leads to our most important exchanges.
Our sessions will be a safe place for total honesty. I'll bring structure when it's needed and space when that's what the moment asks for. The balance is always guided by you.
If anything here resonates, I'd be pleased to start talking. Your well-being is worth the investment, and all it takes to begin is a message.
