I focus primarily on low mood and relationships, and I approach both with a lot of empathy and zero judgement. I know how it feels to look at your life and wonder how it ended up here. That kind of honesty takes courage, and it's something I deeply respect.
When it comes to relationships, I'm interested in the gap between how things are and how you wish they were. Maybe communication has broken down with someone you love. I don't have a predetermined answer for you, but I will help you think it through clearly, from a place of calm rather than crisis.
