I'm Zuzanna Reed. I'm drawn to the complicated stuff. The things that sit beneath the surface and quietly shape everything, how you react, what you avoid, why certain situations make you shut down or lash out. If you suspect your past is pulling strings in your present, I'd like to help you understand how, and more importantly, what to do about it.
The conversations I have tend to centre on feelings that cut deep, persistent low mood, and the lingering effects of difficult experiences. Many people I speak with have been through things they haven't fully processed, and those unresolved experiences surface in unexpected ways: in relationships, in confidence, in the ability to feel settled. It's not always obvious. Sometimes it looks like irritability. Sometimes it's withdrawing from people. Sometimes it's a restlessness you can't explain.
I'm analytical and structured in how I work. I like to dig beneath the surface, identify patterns, and build a clear picture of what's happening and why. Surface-level chat doesn't interest me. I want to understand the mechanics of what's going on for you, because that understanding is what makes real change possible. From there, we build practical strategies, whether you're dealing with overwhelming stress, difficulty keeping your temper, or a constant sense of being on edge.
I'm also interested in the roles you play in life, as a partner, parent, employee, carer, and how the demands of those roles affect your sense of self. Feeling crushed by responsibility while quietly losing sight of your own needs is more common than most people realise, and it can leave you resentful, exhausted, or empty. We'll work on finding a sustainable balance.
For those navigating loss, grief, or deep isolation, I offer a space that is both compassionate and practical. I won't just sympathise. I'll help you build a way forward. We'll also look at self-worth, motivation, and how to reconnect with parts of yourself that may have gone quiet over the years.
If health-related stress is affecting how you feel emotionally, that's something we can address together too. Ongoing health concerns can touch every corner of your life, and having someone to work through that with matters.
I take people's stories seriously. No rush, no judgement, just honest and thorough support.
