I'm Adele Webb. I believe that talking about hard things doesn't have to be miserable. In fact, a bit of lightness goes a long way when you're wading through the difficult stuff. Life can be brutal, but it can also be absurd, and sometimes naming that out loud is the most honest thing you can do.
I'm drawn to conversations about grief and that deep, lingering sadness that moves into your life without asking permission. Losing someone, or losing the life you thought you'd have, is one of the hardest things a person can go through. I won't pretend to have all the answers, but I will meet you where you are with honesty, warmth, and the occasional well-timed joke. Laughter and sadness aren't opposites. They can coexist, and there's something powerful in letting them.
I'm also here for the everyday stuff: stress, feeling disconnected from people, nights when your brain won't switch off. These things matter too, even if they don't feel "big enough" to talk to someone about. Spoiler: they absolutely are. You don't need a catastrophe to deserve support.
My style is direct and down-to-earth. I'll help you set goals that actually mean something to you and work with you to move towards them at a pace that doesn't feel forced. I believe that humour creates safety, and safety creates space for honesty. That's where the good stuff happens, in those moments where you feel comfortable enough to say what you really think.
